Some items for sale at Art-Sea Living, Inc. may be original, one-of-a-kind items. All orders may not be exactly as you see here, as most are handmade creations. Quality will be as good, if not better than described. Please ask for details.
Complete satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to extend a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the ship date. Contact us by email or phone to let us know you are returning your item(s) in their original condition. Sorry, we can not refund shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable carrier and purchasing insurance as we can not be held liable for lost returns.
To return an item, please re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging, if possible, with a copy of your receipt. Contact our Website Customer Care Service department for instructions on shipping your return package and processing your return. Our staff is available between the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm EST Mon-Fri by calling 1-561-737-2600. You must contact our Website Customer Care Service to return any product(s), for any reason. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our distribution center. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. All purchases of sale items or custom made items are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be honored.

Use your own shipping method and be sure that your shipment can be tracked and is insured. Art-Sea Living, Inc. is not responsible for customer returns that are not received or are damaged upon receipt.
A one-time price adjustment will be given if an item you purchase goes on sale within 7 days of when your order was placed. In order to redeem the adjustment, please email sales@Art-SeaLiving.com. The adjustment will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
